A Hidden Space inside Garden - Remuera

The Devereux Boutique Hotel is situated in Remuera and our cafe area is now available to hire for special occasion.



The space is situated inside a stunning garden with large windows - lots of natural lights and quiet all day long. Whole space is about 30 meters2. Great venue as studio space, business meetings, small conferences, training seminars, classes and other events etc.



A maximum of 20 people can be accommodated at this space. Basic hiring (room only) include the use of tables, chairs, internet and power.

Full Day Hire (9am to 5pm) $300 +GST

Half Day Hire (4 hours in between 9am to 5pm) $150 +GST

Hourly Rate is $60+gst per hour



The space also has its own entrance which can access into the garden for fresh air and break times. There are parking lot available for about 8 cars and they are allocated in first come first sever basic. Otherwise there are plenty off street parkings nearby.
