Fully equipped with podcasting gear, Softbox lighting, and a spacious layout for filming, recording, or creative projects. (Podcasting Gear + Softbox Lighting Additional Charges)

Meeting Room:
Ideal for team meetings, client meetings, or brainstorming sessions, featuring a large table, comfy seating, and a TV for presentations.

Event Space:
Perfect for small events, workshops, or networking sessions, with flexible seating and an inspiring, professional atmosphere.

Meeting Room – $50 per hour
Creative Studio (Podcasting Area) – $75 per hour

Podcasting Area Includes x2 Light Softboxes, x2 Mics + Stands – (Pls Bring Your Own Laptop)
Equipment Use Requires $50 Refundable Security Deposit (if no damage)
