From a welcome function to a corporate meeting or social gathering, SkyCity Hotel’s Welcome Room is perfect for small group events of up to 50 people. Conveniently located beside the entrance to SkyCity Hotel, and accessible directly from the lobby, the Welcome Room also offers easy access to all of the facilities available within the SkyCity Entertainment Complex.
The Welcome Room comes fully equipped for presentations, with a ceiling mounted data projector, retractable white screen, whiteboard, flip chart, paper and pens. The Welcome Room is also equipped with a water station and tea/coffee station.
With a total size of 72m², the Welcome Room can comfortably accommodate the following set-ups:
Theatre style: 50 people
Classroom style: 25 people
U-shape style: 14 people
Standard boardroom style: 18 people
