Chef Guy has spent years cooking overseas in Europe, working in some of the worlds best kitchens and honing his skills in all disciplines. Now back in New Zealand, he is cooking the food he loves, using the best produce available.

At Pax, we offer a bespoke, at home experience which you won't find elsewhere.

Our team can accommodate a range of formats at PAX; long lunches, smart banquets, board meetings, standing receptions, wedding parties and tasting sessions. The menu suggestions are always bespoke to you.
