Our Herbie Dyke Lounge is our most popular workshop space as it's modern, quiet and sets up perfectly for classroom style workshops up to 25. Need more space, the Kentucky Lounge right next door can cater for up to 120 Theatre Style

Need easy access to outdoor space for practical training? Enquire about the Colours Lounge, ideally located on the Ground Floor with east and west access to the grounds.

THE EXTRAS
Need Audio Visual Equipment? Leave our team to take care of all the set up with our expert AV suppliers. They'll set up and pack down everything from staging, to additional microphones* projectors, screens and whiteboards.

Need workshop supplies? Get them delivered directly to the event centre and our team will ensure they're in the space ready for when you arrive.

*Kentucky and Fosters Lounges have built in zoned microphones and AUX inputs.

Kentucky Lounge
The Kentucky Lounge is an ideal venue for medium scaled events, including conferences and AGM’s, as well as smaller wedding and birthday celebrations for up to 200 people.

Located on the second floor of the International Stand and used as our members lounge for racedays, the Kentucky Lounge was apart of the 2016 renovations, giving the room a new vibrant and modern look complete with an internal sound system and air conditioning.

The Fosters Lounge
The Fosters Lounge is a popular space for formal events, having held many wedding receptions, 21st and cocktail functions. This room was renovated in 2016, making what was a block of private suites into one big lounge, with it being best known for its modern look which requires less decorating. This lounge is a big hit on the corporate front, being able to hold a larger scale seminar for 200 people.

Located on the third floor of the International Stand, the Fosters Lounge has floor to ceiling glass windows and a double balcony that gives panoramic views over the racetrack.

Centennial Lounge
The Centennial Lounge is our biggest area on course. This is a popular space for large events like wedding receptions, trade shows, birthdays and even sporting events. This is an older space compared to our other rooms but with it being one of the largest spaces it is definitely a good area with plenty of potential.

Located on the first floor of the Public grandstand, the Centennial Lounge has a tall ceiling that can be decorated by our team in lanterns and greenery to give your event that wow factor. The room also offers an additional landing that is perfect as a catering station or a separate space at an event

The Herbie Dyke Lounge is our smallest but most popular. Its small room dimension has the biggest impact with small corporate groups. Whether it’s a meeting, seminar or workshop this space is perfect for groups between 10 – 30.

On a more social scale this room can be hired out for small scale birthdays and meet and greet functions as it can fit up to 60 people with a range of high and low seating. This room is available for hire on racedays, being the perfect space to have a day out at the races for a celebration or work day out.

The Herbie Dyke Lounge
The Herbie Dyke Lounge is located on Level 2 and can be accessed by going through the Kentucky Lounge. As it was renovated with the Kentucky Lounge it also features an internal sound system and air conditioning.

The Fleminton Lounge
The Flemington Lounge is our second biggest area on course, and is used as our public lounge on racedays. This space is best utilised for cocktail functions, with many pockets in the room for different groups. This room is also popular for large events like trade shows and birthdays.

This is an older space compared to our other rooms in the international stand, but as it is located on level 1 it is easily accessible via the stairs or the elevator. This room is equipped with a café area and a bar and features a range of high and low seating with grandstand access and a balcony overlooking the back parade ring.
