A historic Auckland building was designed by Edward Mahoney and built in 1886 to replace the earlier public house. The hotel has been recently re-envisioned and transformed into a unique entertainment & hospitality venue.

Waiwera Hotel is a premium backdrop for your corporate and private functions, executive meetings, work drinks or late-night destination.  Serving an exquisite selection of drinks, fine wines, Cocktails, Craft Beer and gourmet small plates (our menu offering will change regularly).  



Venue's entrance is at 2 Drake Street, located behind the iconic and redeveloped Victoria Park Market in Freemans Bay, Auckland.



Parking is available on Drake Street in the nearby parking building (2 minute walk from venue) and surrounding streets.
