Kauri Springs Lodge is an impressive corporate events venue set in a lush subtropical garden in the heart of Waiheke Island.

It's the perfect setting for businesses that require a sophisticated, yet relaxed atmosphere.

The Lodge is a unique venue with plenty of rustic charm and it offers onsite accommodation as well as being in close proximity to other accommodation options. The venue comprises four private homes - the Lodge House, Guest House, Tree House and Nikau Cottage - that accommodate up to 30 guests over in 13 bedrooms. Each with a lounge and kitchen, allowing guests in each house to be completely self-contained.

Guests will enjoy exclusive use of the Lodge facilities as well as its outdoor features. A network of prettily planted paths winds its way through the property’s beautifully landscaped gardens that also includes a Balinese-style saltwater spa pool.

We offer a choice of indoor and outdoor spaces for your corporate event. Both the generously-proportioned Atrium and stylish Solarium can be configured for meetings, breakout sessions or presentations. Our events team will set the room up with tables and chairs to your desired arrangement.

Having a bit of fun is an important part of a corporate getaway; our entertaining areas include two soundproof areas with an in-built sound system, an outdoor garden bar, and a stone fireplace in the Atrium's lounge and, an ample courtyard space. Designed with flexibility in mind, these spaces can be transformed to suit large or more intimate events. 

We offer in-house catering by some of Waiheke’s caterers so guests enjoy a quality culinary experience during their stay. For a more casual affair, a barbecue is a good choice. Our kitchen is fully equipped, should you choose to use your own caterer or self-cater. As a licensed BYO venue, guests can bring their own beverages, and best of all, we do not charge corkage.

— House stereo system with 14 speakers with multi-zone functionality
— Portable wireless microphone feeding to large self-powered speakers with iPod inputs
— Late-model espresso machine, supplied with Allpress coffee beans
— Full bar hire and bar staff with two large commercial fridges for your beverage storage
— A number of meeting room configurations with whiteboard & markers, stationery, etc
— Furniture including tables and chairs and a selection of outdoor lounge suites
— Full dining set-up including table settings of glassware, crockery, cutlery, linen (tablecloths and napkins) and water jugs
