The smaller of the three function rooms. Seating capacity for 60 guests buffet, 80 for a cocktail function or 60 conference style.



Members Lounge $200

Slightly larger room to the Sports Lounge overlooking the bowling greens. Seating capacity for 60 guests buffet, 80 for a cocktail function or 60 conference style.



Catering

We offer clients three very flexible options:



1) We strongly recommend clients use our contracted caterer for their event, Free Range Chef. Free Range Chef offers outstanding food and service where they will cater to your needs and budget. Please contact Free Range Chef directly for options and prices.



2) clients may bring their own caterers and use the kitchen. We offer a blank canvas kitchen where all equipment needs to be provided by the caterer.



3) clients may use the kitchen themselves, again as a blank canvas kitchen where all equipment needs to be provided by them.



Furniture & Equipment

Clients are welcome to use the Club's furniture for their event. All other furniture not offered below will need to be hired in by the client. Currently we offer the following:

 All item prices are GST exclusive, apart from bond.

 A $100.00 + GST non refundable deposit is required at the time of booking.

 Full payment is required 21 days prior to function date

 Available chairs & tables, white board, projector & screen are included in hire cost.
