Affordable Meeting Rooms For Hire, Epsom

Beautifully presented and conveniently located minutes away from Auckland’s CBD at 395A Manukau Road, Epsom. We have a variety of rooms available, from smaller meeting rooms to larger, purpose built facilities for workshops and training. This is an outstanding space for your next meeting, training or workshop.



Kauri Room: Theatre style seating for up to 40 people, classroom style seating for up to 20 people. $220 per day or $40 per hour.



Rimu Room: Theatre style seating for up to 30 people, round table style seating for up to 12 people. $200 per day or $35 per hour.



Pukeko Room: Round table or meeting style seating for up to 6 people. $25 per hour.



Tui Room: Counseling style seating for up to 3 people. $20 per hour.

*All costs G.S.T. exclusive.



Costs include:



- Setting up room before your arrival to your preferred style, for example: theatre style, round table or u-shaped.

- Basic kitchen facilities – crockery and utensils, limited fridge space, microwave, filtered water, hot water and/or kettle.

- Use of the relaxing central space for breaks.

- White walls for data projector.



Use of a data projector may be available on request at additional cost.



Parking



Limited parking spaces may be available behind the premises on request.   There is free parking on the northern sides of Queen Mary Ave, King Edward Ave and King George Ave. Please be mindful of parking limits on the south side of these streets.
