Terrace Therapy Rooms and offices

At the Braemar Building, our aim is to provide a warm, welcoming environment for your business in what is arguably one of the best locations in the Wellington CBD.

In terms of full -time options, we currently have one large, characterful room (18sqm) ideal for therapy and with a bit of an 'art deco ' feeling about it, with the original 1925 wardrobe and a lovely pale green/white colour scheme on Level 3. We also have two large light filled offices (18sqm and 24sqm) currently undergoing renovation on Level 4 with fresh paint, light fittings and carpets. All three of these rooms will be availlable 1 March. A further small office, 9sqm, is pending rental and may also be available.

In terms of part-time options, we have two dedicated talking therapy day rental rooms available. One room is available Fridays, Saturday, Sunday and the second is available Monday, Saturday and Sunday. We also have a new day rental room set up for massage therapy and other physical therapies. This room is currently available Monday, Tuesday and Thursday. Day rental rooms are $70 plus GST per day.

All rooms in the Braemar Building have waiting rooms very near to them and lift access to the floor.

Our standard tenancies are month-on-month, but longer fixed tenancies if desired are certainly welcome. Please contact Melissa to arrange a no-obligation visit of our rooms and facilities.

Monthly rental includes:
- 24/7 office access
- Use of boardroom free to all tenants on a booking system.
- Reception services
- Furnishings for therapy room or office set up provided if required
- Wifi internet
- Power
- Cleaning
- Water cooler, coffee, tea, hot chocolate
- Secure document disposal
- Use of PO Box for your business; daily mail collection and delivery
- Access to printer/photocopier/scanning facilities (scanning free; user pays for photocopying/printing and also any signage requirements)
