Executive Conference Room (45–60 guests)
Located on the second floor, the Executive Conference Room is a bright and versatile space ideal for corporate events, private dinners, networking functions, cocktail receptions, seminars, and intimate celebrations. Floor-to-ceiling views across the marina provide an impressive backdrop for any occasion.

Boardroom (Up to 12 guests)
Perfect for smaller private events, executive lunches, planning sessions, or VIP gatherings, the Boardroom offers an intimate setting with a professional yet welcoming atmosphere on the first floor.

Percy Jones Memorial Lounge (Up to 60 seated | 80 Cocktail)
Situated on the first floor, the Percy Jones Memorial Lounge enjoys elevated north-facing views across the Tamaki Estuary towards Rangitoto Island. Opening onto a spacious outdoor deck overlooking the marina, this elegant space is ideal for cocktail parties, engagement celebrations, birthdays, anniversary dinners, and relaxed social events.

Headsail Room (Up to 150 seated | 200 cocktail)
Our largest and most versatile event space, the Headsail Room is located on the ground floor with full wheelchair access. Overlooking the Club Marina and Rangitoto Island, the room features a fully licensed bar, stage, dance floor, and adjacent bathroom facilities, making it perfectly suited to weddings, gala dinners, awards evenings, fundraisers, school balls, and large celebrations. The flexible layout can accommodate up to 150 guests for a seated meal or 200 guests for a cocktail-style event.

With a variety of event spaces, including outside on one of our decks, and photo opportunities within the Marina, we can build your bespoke Wedding. Allow us to take care of you on your special day.

Here at BBYC we provide a full room set up; including bridal table, formal table settings (which includes all glassware, cutlery, and crockery), chair covers and cake and gift tables at the cost of $20 per head.
