The Barn - Wellington Event Space

The Barn at Staglands is available to hire out exclusively. It's spacious indoor setting, flows out the barn doors to a large veranda overlooking the picturesque pond and waterfall set in native bush. There are complimentary gas BBQs and rustic feasting tables and an outdoor fire pit to congregate around. There is also ample space for entertainment such as a band.

The Barn can fit up to 150 guests standing or 90 seated.

Costs to hire The Barn Exclusively:
From 10am - 5pm (hiring during this time is limited to large groups)
$120 per hour + admission

After 5pm
$120 per hour + $30 per hour staff charge. If we do the catering we may waive the staff charge. After midnight it is $150 per hour + $30 per hour staff charge.

Minimum 3 hour hire applies.

A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure hire of The Barn. This can be paid by credit card, direct credit or cash.

Large Groups Options (40+ guests):
Exclusive hire of The Barn
The Barn is ideal for a large groups (40+ people) and makes a fantastic venue for corporate functions, Christmas parties, family reunions, and significant celebrations. It has a sheltered veranda overlooking a beautiful pond and waterfall, a gas BBQ that can be used free of charge, tables, chairs and an area for bouncy castles or other games if needed. It can fit up to 150 guests standing or 90 seated.

Early booking is advised.

If you would like to hire it out exclusively for your Christmas Party the minimum charge is $800* - this fee only applies for the six weekends prior to Christmas.
(*Please note that the minimum charge is $800. If total admission cost for your group is more than this then an additional admission charge will apply).

Hire the Cafe*

Only available after 5pm. Includes the adjacent BBQ deck and outdoor area if required and/or The Nook. Can fit up to 100 people standing or 60 seated inside to 80 seated outside.
$120 per hour + $30 per hour staff charge. If we do the catering, we may waive the staff charge.
Minimum 3 hours hire applies.

Hire of The Nook*
The Nook is a separate room within The Cafe. It can fit up to 25 people seated. Available 9.30am - 5pm. $80 per hour. Minimum of 3 hour hire applies.
(*May not be available during school holidays and public holidays)
