Hotel Bristol Wellington Function Space

We have a great location for your next function.



To hire the poolroom/function room it is $250. If you wish to have the private bar open an additional cost of $150 is required. You may have the room till 2.45am (Fri/Sat only).



If you wish to come in during the day to decorate you may do so after 4pm.



If you spend over $1500 on food and bar combined, then the $250 room hire fee is waived.



The poolroom has two pool tables, if you wish to use them it is either $2 per game or $50 per table to have them open for the duration of your function.



If you do not require them they can be covered, unfortunately they can not be moved under any circumstances.



 

Please find attached copy of our finger food menu. If you wish to order off the finger food menu 7 days notice prior to your function is required. You may bring in your own cake but all other food must be supplied by the Hotel Bristol.



Cost broken down:

Room hire                             $250 (waived if you put down $1500 or more,  

                                                       food and beverage combined)

Open private bar                   $150

Pool table open                     $50 (each)

Non-refundable deposit         $400 (required upon confirmation of the booking)



Please be aware that your booking is only confirmed once the $400 non-refundable deposit is received. This is taken off the total bill at the end of the function.

*Hirers to pay for any damages or breakages caused during hire - hirers shall also pay for costs of cleaning of venue if left in unreasonable state.
