While it has capacity for around 30 people comfortably, if you have less, it can be configured so it is a lovely, cosy space as well.

Micro kitchen, with bar fridge, microwave, freezer for ice, and good size beer fridge, and an area to set out food. It also has a pool table which can be either hired for use or covered and used as more table space if needed. 65inch TV included, and a stereo is available to hire, or you can bring your own sounds - enough space for dancing. Large couch seating areas, and up to six German beer hall tables and benches for dining.

We can arrange hireage of anything and everything else you may need, glasses, crockery, cutlery, linen, etc. Bathroom is fully equipped with hand towels, paper and soap.

We can dress this space, theme it if you wish, or you can do this yourself. We can provide catering services and menu options, or you can self-cater. Alcohol is BYO. Fully airconditioned to keep you cool or warm.

This space is ideal for any family events, business meetings, group activities, where you want a brand new, well appointed area that can be configured how you require it in a semi-rural setting, but so close to town. Ample parking for around 10-12 cars, and some overflow parking if required. Large, attractive park next door. Hireage available day or evening, as little as two hours, or a full day and evening.
