Our largest function space and is the premier luxury venue in Queenstown. The allure of La Galerie positions it as the sublime choice for elegant weddings right in the heart of Queenstown.

THE AMBASSADOR ROOM
The Ambassador Room is the ideal venue for private dinners and exclusive gala events. The Ambassador Room is also an excellent choice for business lunches or conferences – it will give your meeting the professional edge it deserves.

In its classroom modality, 60 desk-seated attendees may be accommodated or 80 delegates in a theatre auditorium layout for audio-visual presentations. Alternatively, the space also transforms into a banquet hall for 70 guests. Combined with The Boardroom, banqueting numbers can be increased to 118.

THE BOARDROOM
The Boardroom at Sofitel Queenstown Hotel & Spa is a business meeting and function room that lends itself as a refined and comfortable venue for groups of up to 60 guests.

It is equipped with state-of-the-art conference, multimedia and audio-visual technology, making it one of Queenstown’s most high-tech meeting venues. Choose from classroom, theatre, U-shape or boardroom layouts.
