Beautiful Event Space in Nelson

Nestled in seven acres of beautiful woodlands, Fairfield House is one of Nelson’s most prestigious historic homes. Its spacious verandahs and unique observation tower have gracefully overlooked the city since 1872. Lovingly renovated, Fairfield House is, in so many ways, close to the heart of Nelson. The Ballroom 

This space has easy ground floor access from the car park, with french doors opening onto the wide verandas and gardens and a view down to the cathedral and over the town.



This is our largest room at 12m by 6m. It can seat 90 for a lecture presentation or 80 for a seated meal.The ceilings are high and the flooring is wooden.



This is a wonderful natural light filled space, perfect for weddings, conferences, parties, performances or workshops.
