Events at The River Room

The River Room is a beautiful and intimate stand-alone venue perched over the Tuki Tuki River under the dramatic eastern face of Te Mata Peak. Another all-inclusive venue which allows you to enjoy your day without worrying about any of the detail.



The River Room is perfect for events whether it is a corporate function, something a bit more social or an intimate gathering, Black Barn have it covered.



Venue hire inclusions: 

- Exclusive use of the River Room for 1 day

- Ongoing consultation with in-house function planner on all aspects of your function

- Two toilets (attended throughout the night)

- Fully equiped kitchen, tables, chirs, cutlery, crockery and glassware for 50 people

- Set up, pack down and clean up of the function

- Servicing of the venue before and after your function

- Interior sterio with AUX cord

- Indoor and outdoor fireplaces with wood and matches
