The Otautahi Sports Clubrooms is available for private hire.

Hire Rates

Casual Hire - Mon-Fri before 5.00pm (Min 2 Hours) - $25.00 per hour
Daily Hire - 9.00am - 5.00pm - $200.00 + Bond (Refundable)
Fri/Sat Night - 5.00pm – 12.00am - $250.00 + Bond (Refundable)
Weekend - Fri 5.00pm - Sun 12.00pm - $500.00 + Bond (Refundable)
Housie Hire - 5.30pm -10.30pm $130.00
All Hire Rates have 15% GST added to the total invoice

The facilities include:

120 capacity
Large Hall
Tables and chairs
Bluetooth Speaker
Bar area
Kitchen, fridge and gas oven
Urn with cups and glasses
Basic Kitchen equipment (Its recommended you bring additional equipment if needed)
Toilets
Cleaning products and equipment
Projector (You must have a laptop with HDMI)
Free Wifi with Hire
Lots of off street parking
Full cleaning must be completed. Cleaning supplies and equipment provided.
