Belfast Rugby Club Venue Hire

The Belfast Rugby Club has a range of options for all types of functions.



Billies Bar

This area can cater for up to 90 people and is often used for birthday parties and small functions.

$150 - $350 hire charge plus Special Licence Fee of $65 (this fee paid to District Licensing Authority enables non-club members to be on the premises and allows the bar to be open until 1am)

Please note: All 21st Birthday parties must have security employed - additional $210 for each 80 people present.

It is at the discretion of the Belfast Sports and Community Centre Inc. whether they request other function holders to have security employed.





Main Clubrooms

The main clubrooms can easily cater for over 300 people. There is a main bar area serving a range of drinks and also a restaurant area.

The club does provide catering options and you can also use your own.

Costs

$200 - $700 hire depending on number of people attending

$65 Special Licence Fee (up to 100 people)

$207 Special Licence Fee (over 100 people)

Security if required - approx cost of $200

Deposits - 50% on hire charge at time of booking.

Bond - A $150 bond is payable on all bookings and will be refunded on the condition that no damage is caused and that no expense is incurred by the Belfast Sports and Community Centre Inc.

All the above charges include bar staff and cleaning.



No BYO: Alcohol is not permitted to be bought into the facility - all alochol consumed on these premises must be purchased at the bars.
