Tauranga City Elim Church Venue for Hire

The church building offers well appointed areas catering for groups upwards of 200. The main auditorium seats 200 confortably and the upstairs conference centre has seating for smaller groups up to 100.  



Complimenting the auditorium and smaller conference area the fully equipped cafe has seating for up to 60 delegates.  With no less than 3 conference areas, we can offer you several options, depending on the size of your meeting and your needs.  Sound system, projectors and all other conference equipment can all be organised. Please don’t hesitate to contact us to discuss your options and requirements.  



Within a short walk your conference delegates have access to McDonalds, Subway, Dominos Pizza, Sushi Q, Countdown Supermaket and many other local cafes offering a range of excellent food.  



The meeting areas have sound and projector equipment installed and available for use. Some musical equipment is also available in the auditorium.  If use of equipment is required please discuss this at time of your booking enquiry.  



Catering can be provided so please discuss this with our friendly staff if required.  



The cafe has a fully equipped kitchen with two ovens and two microwaves, various urns, jugs, crockery and cutlery are available. A 32" flat screen TV and DVD player including a small sound system are also available in the cafe area.  



If you have small children, no problem; there is a children's play area off the cafe where children can play supervised during your meeting or conference.
