We have a number of options available at our venue - take a look below and let us know what you are looking for and we can help!



Exclusive hire (whole venue):



Exclusive hire is perfect for a large (150 - 500 guests) function. This means that you will have exclusive access to the area and the bar, and control over the music and atmosphere.



We don’t charge a hiring fee for this, although we do ask for a minimum spend amount which varies depending on the day of the week, the time of the function, and the time of year. This minimum spend is able to be spent over the bar on either food or drinks. The minimum spend covers exclusive use of the area (generally 11am-4pm or 5pm-10pm or 8pm - 12pm), and all the staff.



Minimum spend can be anywhere from 2k to 70k depending on the type of function.



The venue can host up to 500 guests, if this sounds like you, let us know the date you’re looking at and we’ll get a minimum spend value to you.



To lock the date in, we require a 20% deposit of the minimum spend amount.



Exclusive hire (outside):



Here at La Zeppa we have a pretty awesome outdoor deck, it even has its own bar and DJ both. This can be made private for your event. This area is perfect for 80-200 guests. If this sounds like you, let us know the date you’re looking at and we’ll get a minimum spend value to you.

Partial Hire (inside & outside):

At La Zeppa there are also other spaces that can be hired exclusively such as our Restaurant, sections of our bar, and half of our deck area. If this sounds like you, let us know your requirements and we can find and option that works for you.

Reserved areas (inside & outside) drinks and nibbles:



By far the most popular option for groups, this is great for all types of bookings; engagements, birthdays, work functions, the more space you need the more space you reserve if your group is 20 - 150 people then this is the option for you. The areas we have available for reserved areas are the dining area, areas of the bar and sections of our outside area. Again we don't charge for this space, all we ask for is a contact number and CC details (including CVC and expiry date) to secure the booking - these act as a deposit holder and are only charged our fee of $20 per head if there is failure to inform us of cancellation with at least 48 hours notice as we will turn away other bookings to hold the space for you.



Reserved tables (inside & outside) dining:

Groups of 20 or more for dining we like to have a catch up prior to you coming in.



We love having big groups of diners but it can be a bit more technical making it run smoothly. To make things easier we can do a pre-order or have a set menu or both. We can discuss your needs in more detail if you would like this option.
