Design and build your own event at our stylish new BYO, DIY coastal venue for hire in the heart of lovely Leigh Village. Newly renovated with a 'retro beach vibe' from the bones of the old Leigh Hotel, our Seaview room (150 guests) and Courtyard Lounge (50) are perfect for any occasion, large or small. With beautiful coastal walks and beaches right in the neighbourhood, and close to Goat island Marine Reserve and trendy Matakana, laid-back Leigh is the perfect spot for your wedding, celebration, conference or out of office breakaway... and we are only 1 hour away from Auckland City.



With a full size commercial kitchen, 2 bars and outdoor lawn and deck with beautiful seaviews and a private walled courtyard, plus onsite Motel accommodation and Campervan parking, we have options aplenty for you to tailor your special event.



Our point of difference is that we are a 'bare hall hire'. Our base rate is for hire of the venue, then we have a per head fee for extras and chattels including chairs, tables, tableware lighting etc. You will need to arrange your own set up crew, food and drink, caterers and kitchen help or talk to us about recommended local providers. We are onsite to help, but basically you may run your event your way. ( Sorry but we are not available for 21sts).



Rates vary according to season and 'extras' hire requirements, with highest rates in summer and weekends. Usually hire period will be for 24 hours with half day rates available off peak. Seaview Room lawn & deck from $500, Courtyard Lounge $350, Commercial Kitchen $250
