Located within the iconic 50 acre Matakana Country Park, only 50 mins north of Auckland CBD, The Stables can be transformed to suit all events.
With the space to fit 500+ people inside and 2000+ using the courtyards and lawn, the potential for this unique rural venue is amazing.
There is also access to a whole range of fun country activities and corporate team building all on site.
Main Room:
200m2 - can be used for large scale dining, conferences or as a large dance floor for a music festival or gig.
Courtyards:
180m2 - sheltered for Al Fresco dining or as an outside extension for your large event.
Outdoor Sundeck:
60m2 - can be used for private dining, green room or as a second music stage.
Private AV Function Room:
50m2 - can be used for private dining, artist green room, break-out room or as a private area for smaller conferences and presentations.
The Saddlery:
The Saddlery, our smaller private function room is in an adjacent building and can be set up to suit various events. Originally a saddle making shop years ago, the feel of the room replicates its past with large bay windows, macrocarpa fittings & equestrian decor. Use this room as a break out room for larger conferences or as your own exclusive area for your special event.
The Saddlery can seat up to 30 guests and has its own HD projector and bluetooth sound system.
