Royal Oak Bowls Venue Hire

Royal Oak Bowls is the ideal place to host your event, we have excellent modern facilities within easy reach of the city centre! We have an extensive beverage range, ample parking and flexible catering options. We can cater for a variety of functions ranging from weddings and birthday parties to corporate functions and staff training.

MAIN HALL (starting from $575)
Excellent facility to host larger events. Seating capacity for 200 guests buffet style, 250 for a cocktail function or 220 conference style.

SPORTS LOUNGE (starting from $230)
The smaller of the three function rooms. Seating capacity for 60 guests buffet, 80 for a cocktail function or 60 conference style.

CATERING
We offer clients very flexible options:
1) We highly recommend clients use our contracted caterer for their event, Catering by Stacy offers outstanding food and service where they will cater to your needs and budget.
2) Clients may use the kitchen themselves or bring their own caterers, with a hire fee of $80 applicable.

FURNITURE AND EQUIPMENT
Clients are welcome to use the club's furniture for their event. All other furniture not offered below will need to be hired by the client. Currently we offer the following:

SECURITY
Royal Oak Bowls reserves the right to on-charge security for functions. The cost is $150 + GST for a single security guard per night (number of security guards subject to type of function and patron numbers) and is arranged by Royal Oak Bowls. Prior to the terms and conditions being signed, this is to be arranged and agreed upon between the Royal Oak Bowls and hire.
