With a maximum capacity of 100 people LOT23 and is an intimate venue.. the modular space allows for any combination of staging and seating.

The LOT23 sound system offers a transcendent musical experience. Our unique, perfectly room tuned K-array system includes 4x 2000w 21inch subs and 8x 750w line array elements flown to height of 4.5m. It has been the bespoke system of choice for many local and international artists touring Auckland; Kenji Takimi, Theo Parish, Moodyman, Optimo, Nina Kravitz, Valentino Mora, Kevin Mark Trail, Julia Deans, Shane Carter, Pacific Heights, Nigel Gavin, The Broods, Mulholland, Fables, Reb Fountain, Estere and many more.

Venue rental includes the whole venue; cafe/bar and studio, P.A, sound check, lighting install, staging, cabaret seating or dance floor or both!
