Band practice room $48 or under /person/month

Hi all  



Im currently renting a storage space the size of a very large room in edn terrace close to bungalow bill's/galbraiths/upper khyber pass. And is sharing the monthly cost with at current 7 people (2 bands). it comes to $48 per month per person. Theres no issue with practice times clashing - it is currently being used maybe 1-2 times a week at most and both bands are quite amicable. It also has all the gear needed for practice set up. The idea is people store the gear there and share the gear stored (dont have to though). The room is pretty much sound proofed. And after obtaining an access card and room key can be accessed 24/7.  



one of the bands is leaving soon and I am looking for some more people to join in and help chip in for the monthly rent. The total is $332 a month. (322 / 7 = $ 48ish per person) but the more people using the room, the less each has to pay~. Please let me know if you are interested in joining.
