Venue Hire at Netball North Harbour

The Barfoot & Thompson Netball Centre has a number of rooms available for hire. Our facilities are ideal for conferences, seminars, workshops, social functions, community groups, expos and sporting events. The facility has disabled access and parking.

We are located just off the Northern motorway at Northcote with ample parking available. Please see below for more information on our rooms.

Gibson Room is our largest room and is located on the first level. The room can accommodate up to 300 people seated theatre style and 250 people banquet style. We have a number of room dividers and screens which allows for different space options to be created. There is a fully equipped commercial kitchen available, and we have onsite caterers who can design a menu to suit any budget requirements. The Function Room has a fully equipped bar that is also managed by our onsite caterers and opened on request.

The Freeman Room (70pax)
Located on the ground floor. This room can accommodate up to 70 people seated theatre style and is ideal for small classroom style seminars and workshops.

The Burgess Room (100pax)
Located on the ground floor adjacent to the arena and outdoor court area and is suitable for: This is fun, dynamic room with fun lighting.
This room can accommodate up to 100 people seated theatre style. There is a Café operated by our onsite caterers which can be opened on request as there are no kitchen facilities in this room.

The Peacock Room (16pax)
Located off the Gibson Room. This is usually set out in boardroom style with table and chairs for 14 to 16 people. This room is ideal as a breakout room from the Gibson Room, or for small meetings. Catering can be organised for meetings in this room.

The Indoor Arena
A purpose-built sports facility comprising of two international sized netball courts with a wooden sprung floor. The arena is available for hire by other sporting codes and is also suitable for non-sporting events. Indoor courts (Onewa Arena)

For NNH Affiliated Clubs - Hire $50 plus GST per court (2 courts available).
For Other sporting events - Hire $60 plus GST per court (2 courts available)
Special/Non-sporting events - price on application

Our outside courts include 19 rubberised netball courts and 13 tennis courts (summer months).

We also have a site at Edith Hopper Park, Manly, for hireage, including outside courts and a small inside venue, ideal for children's birthday parties or smaller gatherings.

*Please note we do not allow B.Y.O alcohol.
