THE GREAT ROOM
This elegant and timeless ballroom is one of New Zealand's largest pillarless ballrooms and has hosted many grand events, including prestigious awards dinner for up to 800 guests. Located in the heart of the hotel on the lobby level, The Great Room offers unique features with high ceilings and a spacious private pre function area with built-in bars. The Ballroom can be used as one space, or is divisible by four with its soundproof moveable walls. With direct drive in access from the road this versatile event space is ideal for exhibitions or car launches. The 33 chandeliers add opulence and unsurpassable ambience to the Ballroom. Your guests will be inspired by our heartfelt service and be captivated by the gorgeous surroundings.

CRYSTAL BALLROOM
This wonderful room is very private, located just away from the busy hotel lobby. It has a private pre function area for catering and registration and a private bar can also be made available to your guests to celebrate close of day or end of conference. The crystal chandeliers had a wow factor to this room and also creates a beautiful bright lighted room. The ballroom is very functional as it divides down into 2 smaller meeting rooms. Situated just next to The Great Room, it allows for the ideal break out rooms.

JADE ROOM
The Jade Room is the latest addition, with state of the art features and gorgeous artwork, it is located at the Lobby level of the Pinnacle Tower. This stylish and elegant venue is designed to be as adaptable as possible, can be divided into three sections, with space for up to 294 guests. The outdoor terrace offers the perfect setting for conference catering and pre-event drinks.

VISTA ROOM
With sweeping views from the Harbour Bridge to Mt Eden, this unique function space will take your event to new heights. Elevators from lobby level whisk guests up to the private 10th floor space with a dedicated arrival area. Vista Room can be divided into two smaller rooms, perfect for more intimate events or as breakout spaces. A connecting boardroom is the ideal space for smaller meetings.

THE BOARDROOMS
Two very ambient spaces to hold executive board meetings or interviews. Our purpose built Boardrooms have a permanent boardroom setting, a seating capacity of 8-12 guests, and feature the added benefit of an inbuilt interactive touch-screen LCD.

GALLERY ROOMS
Ideals for break out rooms or corporate meetings, the four Gallery Rooms are located on the Hotel’s lobby level. With floor to ceiling windows and plenty of natural daylight, these rooms offer a vibrant environment to work in. The largest of the four Gallery Rooms can welcome up to 80 guests in theatre style and 48 in a cabaret set up.
