Gorgeous West Auckland Apple Barn

Set in rural Oratia, just 25 minutes from Auckland City, you will feel as though you are in the heart of the countryside in our gorgeous heritage apple barn.

Our special venue has been lovingly restored and is adorned with lush hanging plants, open rafters and abundant sunlight. Ten beautiful solid timber trestle tables are included in the hire, along with fifty wooden chairs.

The venue comes complete with three infra-red ceiling heaters for cosy winter events, and vast sliding doors that let light and air pour in for the warmer seasons.

The barn is equipped with two bathrooms and a very large kitchen with fridge and freezer and two sinks. If you'd like a food truck for your special event, we can accommodate this easily too!

A beautifully curated outdoor area is included in the venue with stunning bamboo cladding.

We also have a spray-free flower farm on site, so can provide you with gorgeous seasonal flowers for your special celebration.

Abundant roadside parking is available, and parking is also available on site during the warmer months.

From December 2025, a stunning heritage house on site will also be available for rent if you'd like book the venue and stay for the night. If you'd like to take a look at our venue, it is open every Saturday from 8:30am until 12pm for our weekly farmers' market.

We can accommodate a maximum of 50 guests at our venue.
