Studio Red Wellness has been in the business of helping people feel calm, happy, and well for almost six years. Our award-winning, Cheshire Architecture-designed, inner-city studio was conceived as a modern sanctuary that feels more day spa than wellness studio.

Our space is perfect for your corporate function, workshop, product launch, or photo/video shoot.

We are a wellness studio and offer everything from yoga to Pilates, meditation and breathwork. Our space can be hired out for any of these offerings or it can be used for non-wellness related events.

We also offer bespoke wellness workshops and classes for your workplace or private group. Our teachers present in a way that’s simple-to-understand and inclusive, offering practices that are relevant and transferable beyond the studio environment. All classes and courses are completely beginner friendly. Our teachers are experts in all restorative practices from yoga to meditation, breathwork, reiki healing, stress management and release, and Pilates.

If you are in need of event management, our team has considerable experience in PR and event management. We are responsive, detail-focused, and will ensure Studio Red Wellness exceeds expectations as the location for your event.
