Our venue features multiple function spaces, with panoramic views across the Waitematā Harbour to Rangitoto Island. Floor-to-ceiling glass doors open onto a private balcony, creating the perfect indoor-outdoor atmosphere for celebrations.

Available event spaces include:

Te Kawau Room – A beautifully appointed 360sqm blank canvas with floor-to-ceiling windows, panoramic harbour views, and sliding glass doors opening onto a spacious balcony.

The Eatery – A relaxed space ideal for casual celebrations.

RAYC Bar & Lounge – A versatile space which can host 200 guests standing as one large room. For smaller events, the movable dividing wall allows the space to be split into two, creating a more intimate setting.

Joyce Fisher room - A relaxed, private space with balcony access to the turf, perfect for birthdays, baby showers, celebrations, and other social gatherings.

Fresh catering is prepared onsite by our in-house chefs, with a variety of menu options available to suit your event. Our experienced bar team can provide beverage service, with drinks charged on consumption or tailored beverage packages.
