KOR has a spacious studio for hire in central Takapuna. Suitable for all types of video production or photography shoots, interviews, livestreaming, photography and creative video production.

Lighting
-2 x soft boxes (pictured) included in hire.

Props
- 2 x chairs (pictured) included in hire.
- 2 x white stools (pictured) included in hire.

- Unlimited Fibre Broadband
- Kitchen
- Toilet
- Onsite parking when available.
- After hours and weekend there are 5 car parks available.

Videographers / Photographers
- We have videographers and photographers available on request. POA

Rates & Hours: (Dry Hire)
Monday - Friday
Booking times between 8am-5pm
Full Day $450+GST (8hrs)
Half Day $300+GST (4hrs)

Weekend Rates
Add an additional $50+GST
