Experience first hand how the beer is crafted and sample our seasonal beers fresh from the barrel. With a range of group menu options we can tailor a day to suit your budget and group size.
Christmas functions, Midwinter party, AGM or Business Awards dinner – Hallertau can offer a venue and experience that will make your event memorable for all the right reasons. With a large indoor and outdoor dining and bar facility we can cater for groups of 40 to 90 people and include a range of experiences that fit with your event requirements.
DAYTIME OR EVENING FEAST
An all inclusive feasting experience of local produce that will excite the taste buds and cater for everyone’s needs. The menu is seasonal but includes a buffet style 3 course menu of tasting platter entree, selection of chicken, meat, fish for the main, fresh seasonal vegetables and salads from the garden, with something sweet to wrap it up.

FUN AND GAMES:
A brewery tour and sample of whats on the tap is highly encouraged but optional at $25 per person for a 30 min tour Projector and screen are included. Music or DJ are available on request.
