Studio One Toi Tū is an iconic historic building located in the central city at the intersection of Ponsonby and K'road. It is a hub for creative professionals and offers courses and workshops in creative writing, visual arts, film, photography and more for adults, youth and teens.

Room 10 is a large open room suitable for private functions, events and pop-up’s for up to 100 people. Located on the first floor, surrounding windows look onto Ponsonby Road and Karangahape Road providing plenty of natural light. Transform this space from well-lit to pitch black by closing the large shutters to create near-seamless white walls ideal for exhibitions or screening events. The room is fit out with a new ceiling-mounted High Definition Panasonic projector and motorised smart screen (3015 x 1885mm) with JBL audio sound system. The room also includes a heat pump, which is adjustable to both warm and cooler temperatures.

Concession hire rates are available for community groups by application.
