Certified Commercial Kitchen

$50 per four hours shift or $95 per eight hours shift. A 20% off if you are renting our kitchen on a weekly basics. You need to commit to rent our kitchen for a minimum of three months. Your first trial shift would be free, so you can test out our kitchen and see whether it works for you and us as well. 

- use of steamer, gas oven, stove tops, dishwasher, handwashing basin, ventilation
- we have also have an electric oven in our back kitchen, ask about it
- water and power usage
- use of cleaning chemicals
- use of our Rubbish bins - Composting, recycling, general rubbish and cardboard boxes recycling

Advantage:
- use of long stainless steel bench
- it is a clean operating registered commercial kitchen
- use of all our mixing bowls, stainless trays, big pots, pans

- use of dry storage, from $10 per week (optional)
- use of walked in chiller, from $20 per week (optional)
- use of walked in freezer, from $20 per week (optional)

It is very important that we have the same level of hygiene and cleanliness standard and fit into each other food safety plan. This is also base on trust and to respect each other properties, equipment, and tools. You will also required your own public liabilty insurance. We will provide you a key if you are using our kitchen outside the hours as follow. Pls be aware that we have also have security camera all around the site as well. 

Avaliable kitchen hours: 
Mon:  7.00am - 6.00pm
Tues - Sat: 2pm - 5pm, 8:30pm - fin

If it is outside the above hours, we would consider approving it on a case to case basics.
