“A” Grade Commercial Kitchen conveniently located in busy Rosedale, North Shore. This kitchen meets industry and Food Safety Act 2014 requirements. The current business has attained the top grade (“Performing”) with the Ministry of Primary Industries.



Available for hire between 7am and 9pm, 7 days. Regular reservations or casual rates available for plant-based caterers, small food businesses, market food stalls, start-up food initiatives, etc. This space is perfectly suited to food production/manufacture and product development. Please Note: This kitchen is restricted to plant-based ingredients only, this removes the risk of raw meat contamination and eliminates allergens Fish, Shellfish, Eggs and Dairy.



The client is expected to provide their own utensils, appliances and equipment, however rental includes use of the following equipment: BakBar Turbofan Oven, Pass Through Dishwasher, Countertop Induction Hob (Single), 418L Fridge or Freezer, Cake Mixer, Stainless-Steel Bench, Sink and Benchtop, Wire Shelving. One dedicated car park and visitor parking available. We will be populating the facility with more equipment as we take reservations and by negotiation.

Regular reservation prices:

$12.50 per hour for full-day bookings (14 hours from 7am-9pm)

$13.50 per hour for 9-hour bookings (7am-4pm or 12pm-9pm)

$14.50 per hour for half-day bookings (6 ¾ hours, either 7am-1:45pm or 2:15pm-9pm)

$15.50 per hour for 4.5-hour bookings (7am-11:30am or 11:45am-4:15pm or 4:30pm-9pm)

$21.50 per hour for smaller time periods.

Alternative time slots by negotiation.



Please add 20% to the per hour cost for casual bookings.

Weekly shelving rental by negotiation.

Custom equipment installation by negotiation.

We have experience working with both the Auckland Council and the Ministry of Primary Industries. We’re available for consultations to help you get set up and understand your food control plan, record keeping requirements, food safety requirements and provide tips for verification day. Consultations available at $47.60 per hour.
