Kumeu Kitchen Hub will provide evidence/certification for use by the client of:

• Water testing (every 3 months)

• Pest control (every 2 months)

• Fire extinguisher testing (annual)

• Standard cleaning supplies for Safe food production to ensure hygienic    cleaning and sanitising

• Calibration Certification on equipment that it is required for the Food Act

• Large commercial (walk in refrigeration unit)

• Large free-standing commercial refrigerator (4 door)

• 4 stainless-steel sinks

• Tank water supplied with commercial kitchen filtration system



Shared space availability:

• 2 x 8hr shifts per day with some flexibility

• Available 7 days per week

• Book 2 shifts in a week and receive an increasing discount on extra shifts the same week
