Covered car park available for rental (approx. 14m2) off the street in front of apartment block (easy in and out). Photo's included. This is 2-3 min walk to Cuba St. and Courtenay Place. Lots of businesses nearby (Moore Wilsons, PreFab, Yoga Studio, GoodFor) means there are cameras and the street feels secure. I've experienced no issues.

Long-term rental available and preferred.
