Half of double garage - Ponsonby

This double garage is down a right of way in Brown St which is just off Ponsonby Road.  I park my Prius there but I dont need the other half of the garage so am happy to let someone else park their car there



There is a automatic door opener.



It would be on a month to month basis cancelleable by other side with one months notice.



Rent is plus GST and payable 1 month in advance together with one month's bond
