It is a short - medium term rental (3-12 months) on a month to month basis, to help out cash flow whilst our busniess grows.



Rooftop is open from 6am - 7pm each day & is closed off at night. If you are working late, then you can move your car down to a lower level after 6.30pm.



Security patrol the building so your car is safe.



Fantastic Parnell location - 2 minute walk fto Textile Centre or Saatchi & Saatchi building or 10 minutes to the CBD of Auckland.



This is a sub-lease and the normal fee (ie: what we pay) is $299 per month.
