Covered Car Park on Sale Street

Secure, covered parking space in our garage, for lease.
Monday to Friday 8am - 5pm.
I use the parking space outside these hours, so this would only be suitable for someone who finishes work around 5pm.
Long term tenant preferred. Garage remote will be provided for access & should be returned at the end of the lease.
