Augusto is a hybrid creative and production agency.  We’re looking for a like-minded company to share our character space at City Works Depot. 

City Works Depot is home to creative and talented hospitality groups including Best Ugly Bagels, The Botanist, Food Truck Garage, &Sushi, Odette’s Eatery, and Brothers Beer. All are open and operational at Alert Level 2.

The current ground floor space within Augusto is a modern open plan area of its own and sublet within this is perfect for a small iCloud based business. Space is 11m x 5.5m with two entry points off the hallway (opposite our other sublet which is currently leased by a media agency).

This space includes 12-14 x white desks, slim desk drawers with black office chairs in two small pods of three and a long pod of six with the ability to have two more behind a tambour unit allowing room to add in own soft area.

Also includes shared printer, kitchen, bathroom, ground floor meeting rooms (x3), soft areas, 24/7 access, after hours security, 5-days cleaning and free WiFi.
