Professional Office/New Fitout/Furnished

A boutique Law Firm is looking to share its space with other like-minded professionals.



The office features brand new internal fit-out including paint, carpet, bathrooms etc.



Depending how many people join the office, brand new furniture can be available for use (including brand new height adjustable desks!).



The cost of $850 plus GST (per person) includes all outgoings (OPEX, power, unlimited fiber internet, regular cleaners, rubbish collection, water, bathroom supplies). It even includes access to a large commercial grade printer/scanner (user pays an at cost price per page in addition). This price is NEGOTIABLE. 



It also includes reasonable access to a great boardroom complete with projection facilities.



The notice period is negotiable.



The team that you will share with is young and vibrant with a great work culture.



There is space for up to six people if necessary but also welcome one person.



Parking is available.



Given the nature of our practice and our clients, we are looking to align with like-minded professionals (an ideal tenant would be a business advisor/coach, professional advisor, accountant, or similar).
