Events Space / Mahi Tahi
Mahi Tahi is a diverse space made for collaboration.
The room is 7.8m x 11m and features:
- Theatre style seating for 100pax, most comfortable at 80 and below. 
- Air conditioning 
- A mounted white board and portable whiteboards available
- A ceiling mounted wireless projector 
- 10x 1800x800 white trestle/flip tables that can be shifted into any patterns
- 80 chairs - extra available for hire at additional cost.
- A lectern

Catering and refreshments:  
- Refreshments like water can be set up in the room at no charge 
- Tea and coffee, milk and urns can be set up in the room for just $1 per head 
- We have run events where we have hired staging and sound systems before and it worked well. Hirer would take on the job of organising this though. 
- You are welcome to order in catering from any provider you choose - or bring your own! We have plates, cutlery, platters etc. at the ready.

We also have another event room and 4 smaller meeting rooms available for hire that tend to be popular break-out spaces when people book events with us. A photo of Poipoi is included in this listing.
