Black Barn Vineyard Venue for Hire

Whether your function is social or strictly business, whether it is for an afternoon, an evening or over several days we're set up and ready for you at Black Barn.  



We can hold evening functions at the Bistro for up to 110 or smaller functions at the River Room or perhaps one of our properties. Have a look at the options here or simply contact us and we will make a recommendation.



The Bistro is our main restaurant at Black Barn. It is open for lunches only and can therefore be transformed for a function from 5pm.   It is entered through a beautiful walkway of fig trees and looks right out over the province of Hawkes Bay.



Generous steps take you down in to the courtyard covered by a canopy of grape vines.   Our award winning chef and winemaker complete the setting with a superb selection of fine food and wine.   The Bistro has a capacity of 110 people for a function and includes a beautiful grape canopied courtyard.  



If you specially require part of your function to occur in the courtyard we would recommend hiring a weatherproof hood to ensure against all weather possibilities. This requires two days notice and will only be charged if used.
