there is quite a large shop front with this kitchen,which we use for storage...parking right outside,and very close to the motorway...



monthly charge includes water,rates,pest control,fire extinguisher checks.

to bring the price down for you,I have someone who leases space at $120 a week,they are happy to stay on.
