A team of reputable wealth specialists, the bar was high for Hobson Wealth Partners' Auckland office location. And after a successful project delivery of their space in Wellington, design firm Catalyst were chosen to lead again.
Catalyst teamed up with Julian Guthrie, a well respected and top residential architect, to deliver this elegant Britomart office space. The result is seamless - the team have established a refined creative work space, with warm timber and red brick aspects throughout.

Prominent red brick walls and timber flooring throughout with black aluminum suites portray a reserved-masculinity with cream curtaining to soften the space.
As you walk around the space you will notice the love of fine and somewhat unusual art pieces.
. 
Upstairs is finished with beautiful timber and tin finishes. The contrasting marriage of these two perspectives, speaks to both traditional and new target markets.On the balcony you are blessed with uninterrupted views of Britomart and out over to Rangitoto.
