Workspace Inspiration: Capcom, Vancouver

Fan of the beloved Street Fighter or Megaman video game? Then you'll have to check out Capcom's epic new HQ located in Vancouver, Canada. 

Relive your childhood days by taking a tour inside Capcom's brand new headquarters located in Vancouver, Canada. Capcom teamed up with interior design company DIALOG to create the ultimate office space. 

DIALOG and Capcom steered away from the typical loud and busy gaming environment, and instead wanted to create a space that offered a Zen-type experience where visitors and employees could be inspired by the company's legacy.

The design team retained the gaming manufacturer's Japanese roots and incorporated traditional elements of Japanese design, such as origami, reflection pond, shoji screens and tatami mats. There is no shortage of collaboration at Capcom, as generous amounts of open space was allocated to create breakout rooms and impromptu collaborative working environments.
