Take a tour inside Sanford's new sleek Auckland office.

Located above the Sanford Fish Market and Seafood School within Auckland's vibrant Wynyard Quarter, is Sanford's newly designed head office. The New Zealand fishing company recently hired architecure & interior design firm GHDWoodhead creativespaces to design their new workspace.

The designers chose to celerate the history of the historic building, designing a fitout that complemented the extraordinary brickwork and unique building structure. The previous use of the building to smoke fish is still discernable in the uniquely aged colour of the exposed brick. The colours, textures and finishing touches all make reference to the maritime theme based around the fish market and seafood industry - from the utility "boatshed" to the fish scale kitchen splashback, small human touches such as the life ring and rope, as well as the modern touches like the sleek, black reception counter.

The result is a paradoxically timeless yet historic fitout. Check out the space below!
