Indoor Venue for Lease in Upper Riccarton!!!

This building is intended to be a sports and/or cultural venue, and is perfect for clubs and studios that have lost their regular training venues due to the earthquakes.  It is available to share with the Canterbury Kendo club, who require the purpose built, sprung wooden floor for training in bare-foot. There are 3 large mirrors on one wall and this venue suits any number of sports or activities such as dance, karate, badminton etc...    Most time slots are available during the day and night. We are looking for a semi to long term tenant, in an activity that will not scratch the floor (i.e. any dance/martial arts are fine as long as there are non-marking shoes involved).    Currently this venue is being used: Every Monday afternoon from 3pm on-wards and Wednesday afternoons from 3pm on-wards.  Every Friday night from 6pm on-wards.
